Project Description
Résidence Kiban is the continuation of a trusted collaboration. After working with KS Design on his private residence, the client invited us to imagine the visual atmosphere of his new apartment building, from the reception area to the rooftop terrace.
KS Design developed the creative direction for the main spaces of the residence, creating 3D visual concepts that help define the feeling of the project before execution.

Each space was designed to feel warm, contemporary, and welcoming, using soft tones, natural textures, and simple lines to create a calm living experience in an urban setting.
Our work provided the client with a clear visual direction, making it easier to communicate the project’s identity and prepare the next steps.
