The Connected Homes

A family project in two chapters.

Project Description
Connected Homes is the visual story of a large, growing family. With many children and different personalities under one roof, the challenge was to imagine two homes with one family spirit — where each person could feel seen, comfortable, and connected.

KS Design developed the concept direction, including the atmosphere, space ideas, and visual identity of the project. We created 3D visualizations to help the family understand how their spaces could feel — long before anything was built.

Each family member has a special area designed around their needs: a quiet corner to read, a place to play, a warm space to gather, and rooms shaped by personality. The goal was to create homes that bring people together, while still celebrating individuality.

The execution in Mali was completed by our partner, L’Artiste, who transformed the concepts into reality with local expertise and craftsmanship.
